Stefano Bendandi Biography
Stefano has been practicing IYENGAR️ YOGA for 25 years.
Originally from Romagna, Stefano trained at the Iyengar®️ Yoga School in Ravenna. Stefano started teaching in 2007, obtaining his IYENGAR Yoga teaching qualification in 2012.
The same year he founded in Gokarna (India) the "Gokarna Yoga School" which he still runs.
Stefano has deepened his practice for several months of study each year at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) – awarded as the best yoga institute of India in 2017 – in Pune and the institutes of IYENGAR®️ Yoga in Mumbai under the guidance of Indian senior teachers.
In November 2018 he obtained the Intermediate Junior II certificate which has now become Level II. He has held about 70 seminars in Europe and outside Europe.
